Sessions

For most people, deciding to go to counselling can be quite a daunting experience. As everyone is unique with individual needs, it is not possible to say how many sessions you will need to help you feel better. We would hope to start seeing results immediately, however this is not guaranteed.


On our first meeting we will complete an assessment to see whether you feel comfortable to work with me and we can discuss whether I can offer you the help you require. Once you have decided that we can work together and our journey has begun, we will work at your pace, carrying out regular reviews to ensure you are gaining everything you can from the experience. If you feel at any point that you do not want to attend anymore, you are free to terminate with no explanation necessary.
